Position Summary:-
- Process Installation Changes through Maintenance Request, Assignment of Tickets basis AM/PM/OD reports, Installation setup, Installation testing and troubleshoot in a timely and accurate manner.
Working Relationships:-
nternal Contacts (and purpose of relationship):
- Assistant Manager for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support as well as associate development
External Contacts (and purpose of relationship) – If Applicable
- MetLife Subject Matter Experts for the purpose of seeking missing information.
- MetLife Subject Matter Expert for the purpose of work related issues and escalated transactions.
- Account Managers for the purpose of seeking missing information (email communication only)
Job Responsibilities:-
- Review and research change requests to determine required processing.
- Create installation setup and test basis documentation.
- Update all relevant system as SPRS and Quality Center.
- Send email communications pertaining to Maintenance Request, Follow up for test files, Request for missing information in mandatory forms and Confirmations of Completion.
- Perform follow-ups and escalations as needed
