 – Required Skills/ Qualification:

• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking issues
• Computer Hardware Trouble shooting
• Should have knowledge on new installation

• OS installation / Trouble shooting of Clied OS (Windows xp / 7 / 8) or Linux
• Product Knowledge of touch screen monitor, PDA, and basic networking parts
• Assembling / Integration of Computer parts
• Configuration of OS /Networking printer
• Installation and configuration of antivirus
